What color should I have? 

• We say that the color doesn’t have to be the exact color that you have because it's not so much of your hair that’s visible as long as the ponytail is lighter and not darker than your own hair, it's natural that we have lighter lengths and ends but not darker. Most important is to know if you have warm or cold colors in your hair and read what the ponytail has. 
• Our product pictures are realistic to real life, but in some cases, the screen can have different colors on different phones/computers so to be extra sure you can look at another screen just to be sure it's your color.

Can I wash the hair? 

• Yes, you can, very carefully but we don't think it's necessary. Do not rub in products only press in to avoid tangles.
